The dishes are signed by the talented chef of LeleYes, Elias Kariotoglou. Studying at the Intercontinental Hotel School in Sydney, Australia, Elias Kariotoglou had the good fortune in his first steps to work alongside the “rector” of world cooking, Michel Roux, who became his absolute mentor. He learned all the secrets of the art of cooking with him and now shares them generously at LeleYes through the marriage of textures, flavors, and local products.
